Shifts from 8-10 hours may be charged at time and a half, shifts of 12+ hours may be charged at double time.
Please contact the office if staff need to be rotated to comply with The Fair Work Act (min 3hr call applies).
Sundays and Public Holidays attract a minimum 4hr call for all shifts.

Public Holidays will be charged at double time.
If a Show Support Crew member is engaged to perform a certain 'skilled' activity and after completing this activity is required to go back to normal set up or bump out work, then under the Fair Work Act 2010, that employee is entitled to be paid, and must be charged, at the higher rate. Example: If you hire an MR Driver through Show Support and he works in total 6hrs, 3hrs driving the truck and 3hrs helping the set up, then he will be charged as an MR Driver for the duration of the shift.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of start time will be charged at half the normal rate
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the start time will be charged at the full rate
No administration fees charged for ASAP bookings - we welcome them!
All prices non inclusive of GST
All invoices to be paid within 7 days
All EFT payments to have the Invoice No attached
