The Database
As a Show Support Crew Member, you have access to the most powerful rostering program ever devised. The Show Support Personnel Manager.
Log In
- Go to www.showsupport.com.au
- Then go to the Crew Login.
- Click on the little white Show Support Logo. This will take you to the login page. You should save this page as a favourite or bookmark.
- To log in, simply enter your mobile number as your username and as your password. Don’t put any spaces in your mobile number eg- 0412968418
Upcoming Shifts
Once logged in, you will have access to all of your Upcoming Shifts, and you will even be able to see who is on the shift with you, and their mobile numbers, in case you would like to travel to and from work together.
Whatever the database has down is correct; it is what we have in our own system.
Unavailability
You can enter in any times that you will be unavailable for work with us in the database.
Just click on Unavailability and enter the start time and date and end time and date and the reason.
If you are going away on holidays, or if you are booked for other work, the unavailability info will be vital to us. It will stop us harassing you for work when you cannot make it and save us the time and expense of chasing people who are otherwise engaged.
Pay History
You can also view your last 4 weeks Pay History. Please check this every Monday morning and let us know if we have made any mistakes. This enables us to easily rectify the problem for you. Also if we have made mistakes in your favour please let us know about them as well. As you know we pay crew on Wednesdays so please check your hours on the database by the latest by noon on Tuesday. In fact the more you check this, the better.
If you notice a discrepancy with your pay, you may discuss it with your local Ops Manager or email admin@showsupport.com.au with any pay enquiries.
In addition to your Pay History (which shows how much you have earned gross) all crew should receive a pay slip every Thursday or Friday if they have worked the previous Pay Week (Monday to Sunday with pays going in the following Wednesday.) If you do not receive a pay slip, chances are we do not have your correct address. Please email admin@showsupport.com.au immediately to advise us of your new address including your postcode. Also please notify admin if you change your bank account.
Crew Chiefs should always check the database to see if they are Crew Chiefs. If they are, they can use the database to get their Crew List and they should download the JSA and Onsite Accident Report form from the Crew Page of the main site as well.
